Part-time Chef
We're looking for a part-time chef to join the team at The Causeway — our sister kitchen serving Bar Helvetia. The role is 3-4 days per week to start, with the expectation of growing hours as the business grows. Experience in a professional kitchen is desired.
Food Server
We're looking for a food server to deliver meals to tables at Bar Helvetia, working alongside The Causeway kitchen next door. You'll be the friendly face between the kitchen and our customers. No formal experience required — just a good attitude and reliable timekeeping.
Bartender
We're looking for an enthusiastic and friendly bartender to join the team at Bar Helvetia. You'll be serving local ales, Gower Brewery beers, and the full drinks range to customers at one of the finest coastal pubs in Britain. Experience behind the bar is preferred but not essential — the right attitude matters most.
Shop Assistant — The Causeway
We're hiring shop assistants for The Causeway Ice Cream Cafe Bar — our sister business next to Bar Helvetia at Rhossili. You'll be serving customers, handling transactions, and keeping things running smoothly in a busy seaside cafe environment. Friendly, reliable candidates welcome.
